Thinking it's about time to increase from 20mg

I've been prescribed 20mg Prozac & 300mg Wellbutrin for some time now. Lately, I've been a raw nerve & constantly ruminating about things out of my control; feel like I'm on edge nervous/anxious. Today came very close to a panic attack, after things subsided, my guts were a mess & I felt exhausted. I've always been like this & for the most part this combo I find pretty effective especially for depression, it's just now anxiety flaring up. Going to ask psych provider about potentially increasing Prozac, I think 40mg is the next dosage. Has anyone found success on 40mg?? I was briefly on that dosage without Wellbutrin & it absolutely tanked libido.

In addition, I have an appt with psych provider in 10 days. Have to again discuss annoying daily ocd-like symptoms. He had previously said that higher dosages of SSRI's are usually prescribed for OCD. Hopefully an increase in Prozac will help manage symptoms a bit better 🤞
