Scar lump???????

Hi everyone,

I had testicular cancer and had an inguinal orchiectomy. I’m doing well now, but I have something I’m worried about.

Under the surgical incision line (in the groin area), I can feel a hard, round lump — almost like a small stone under the skin. It has been there for a few months and doesn’t seem to be getting bigger.

Has anyone else experienced a hard lump or swelling under the orchiectomy scar? Could this be scar tissue, stitches, or something that should be checked urgently?
