Thinking of buying

So I've been seeing 944s for a while and I'm really thinking of buying one, do you have any advice about owning them? Anything about maintenance, things to look for when buying, things to avoid. I found one nearby, an 83 with decent kms and a good price, and advice would be really appreciated!
