What do I say to my date so we are mutually more affectionate?

I (32M) have been dating Zach (32M) for a few weeks for four dates. He’s always smiling, looking in my eyes, laughing, and we’re always making plans to do things, so I’m fairly certain that we are both attracted to each other. The biggest hurdle is physical intimacy. He is a self-described introvert, so he’ll kiss me back when I initiate and hug me tight but that’s about the extent of it. I’ve dated slow-romantics before, and I am introverted too, but I’m hoping for help on how to word to let him know that I want our relationship to be more physical.
