Yanwen shipping error???
I ordered a package on Ali express and it shipped through yanwen but now I'm being told i put in a wrong address but I've double, triple checked and it is the correct address ,Its says to contact carrier but quite frankly the entire website is in mandarin, i tried calling the number but "call can not be completed as dial" im kinda lost and im not sure what to do besides just ask for a refund idk does anyone have any tips>?
