Would you consider an in-home doctor visit for a sick child?

If it’s late at night and your child has a high fever (not ER-level, but stressful), and you could have a licensed doctor come to your home within a few hours — would you consider that? Or would you still default to urgent care / telehealth / waiting for your pediatrician?

What would make you trust (or not trust) something like that?
