How to get started and stay consistent

I have already laid the ground work for my tulpa; appearance, likes, dislikes, behaviour, etc. My problem now is that I struggle to really communicate. I have a wonderland but I don't know what to do with myself over there.

My tulpa also does not have a mouth, which makes it more difficult.
