what is the effective way to hide the marijuana/thc(carts) in my urine

i have an incoming urinalysis test and i smoke 3 times at the same day of carts for about a week, i smoke in February 7 2026 and its February 17 2026. i drank water for about 3 to 4 liters a day and peeing and sweating on what i drank, and im sure the carts is still in my system, i need advice on how to hide the carts in my urinalysis
