I'm looking for help with my **Sega Rambo Deluxe Cabinet (Lindbergh Red EX)**.

**Background:**

* Cabinet is original, except the tv - there is a Samsung tv inside
* Original IDE HDD, original keychip, original CF card
* For some reason, the previous owner had routed the audio directly from the sound card to the tv via a mini-jack audio cable. So the sound was playing through the TV.

I briefly installed a **Lindbergh multiboot setup** (different HDD, key, CF).
The multiboot menu worked, but:

* many games did not run
* Rambo from Multiboot did boot BUT when game starts:
* loading screen → SEGA logo → CRIWARE logo
* **crash exactly when the intro video should start**
* return to multiboot menu

I then **restored the cabinet to full original hardware**. **Now the same issue occurs on my ORIGINAL hardware!!!!!**

**Current problem (even with original hardware)**

* Rambo loads
* SEGA logo → CRIWARE logo
* **crash at intro video (Credit overlay flashes briefl & grey screen with the X)**
* right after that Error message: **"Error 10 – Unexpected Game Program Failure"**

**Questions:**
I'm really at a loss right now.
Do you have any idea what could be causing this new problem? And more importantly: How do I get Rambo running again?

I also tried to install my game from the original DVD to a different HDD using a no-name-DVD-drive (plug and play). The HDD seemed to be recognized. The installation ("Load release image") appeared to work without any problems. However, after a while, I received an error message. "Error 18 – "I/O Device Not Found".

Any suggestions?
I would be very grateful for your help. 🙏
