Now Zack has a higher position, Zack was thinking about what kind of a space he’d see ideal to meet people in, and to hang around in most the time, I was thinking about that randomly, so I’d like to simply explain my idea.

Zack’s room would ideally be in a library room, with several sections and maybe multiple levels, max of two, since Zack wants to ground himself a little, his way of doing that in this situation, simply getting up and grabbing a random book and getting lost in it for a while, he kinda needs something like that.

As for how he’d keep the ascetics, he’d keep it slightly abandoned looking, but it’s, in reality, well maintained, what looks like structural damage is carefully done to look that way without causing risk, how would it be lit? Candle light, and by large windows, to keep the vibe and it would be healthier to be in long term, overall it would look something like the Katolis library (image 2) from The Dragon Prince, just smaller, and more ancient looking, like image three.

He can also give himself a mysterious appearance for newcomers, by closing giant curtains, putting out the candlelights and using his illusions to make him appear mysterious, with glowing eyes at the end of the room, all before revealing himself to be friendly, dropping the illusions and using his magic to put the candles on and open the curtains.

Right in the middle would be a standard desk, his desk, maybe with some favourite books, some blank papers for notes, written notes, stuff like that, and he could be a librarian, he wouldn’t force you to be quiet though, it’s not a public library after all.

Lastly, he’d want a more secure residence, where does he sleep right now? A random cave in the woods, it’s comfortable enough but it isn’t a good place for him long term, so he’d convert some kind of place connected to the library into a bedroom with a bathroom so he could live indoors again, he can’t exactly own a house as a wanted criminal, can he?

And that’s it, let me know your thoughts and ideas, this was just a fun little idea that ended up playing in my head when thinking about the future of the story in this Reddit, I think it’s a pretty fun idea.

Zack’s Ideal “office” (part lore since this is both my idea and his thoughts)
