Hair loss help

Unfortunately I’m 6 months on Testosterone and went from having very thick hair to hair that is medium to thin now, it’s enough hairloss that family have picked up on it at least.

Does anyone have any advice on how to help this before it gets too bad? I have 3 cats so cant start minoxidil since they sleep in my bed and honestly I’m not willing to take the risk. I’m hesitant on taking finasteride too since it can slow the effects of testosterone and possibly bring back menstruation (or so ive heard)

Are there any other alternatives? I make sure to eat well and all that so its not a nutrition issue.
