Red Light Fine in AUH

So I got a red light fine in AUH. My car is registered in Dubai. I am not able to transfer the black points on the TAMM app. I know Dubai traffic file is different and is not linked with AUH.

Is it possible that I can be able to transfer these black points without visiting Abu Dhabi?
