Is anyone here still unsure whether they should pick their 5th choice

I have an offer for pharmacy and I'm still debating on whether to pick medicine or pharmacy if I achieve my grades. Pharmacy seems so much more chill and has better work life balance but medicine is more fulfilling. plus family pressures also come into play Am I the only one ?
