Best value GPU to pair with a 7800x3d / 9800x3d

I play exclusively fps/competitive games. CPU bound processing. I was wondering what the “cheapest” gpu I could pair with these x3d CPU’s without bottle necking it and preventing the full utilization. I was also curious as to how long a 7800x3d would last me. Is it worth saving the $100?
