First Year Pay Breakdown for AA & UA

I have offers for AA & UA and am truly trying to be strategic and advantageous toward which airline would be the best fit for me (Compensation + work/life balance + quality of living).

Commuting/Reserve - Will bid for ORD base assignment because there are several flights (~1 hour) to/from my regional airport to ORD. AA and UA have bases at ORD so the real difference maker here would be their reserve systems ... AA has 12-hour RAP and UA obviously has 24-hour RAP. Seems like way more predictability with AA. In TA2, does anyone know what the union is arguing for in terms of updating the RAP for better QoL?

Pay - AA is $36.81/flight hour. UA is currently $28.88/flight hour + $2 of ROP. After lots of reddit research (and without picking up on off days), it looks like AA FAs clear roughly $3500-4000/month and UA FAs clear roughly $2500/month. Financially, I don't have a savings and do have some CC debt but also do have a partner that is open to supporting me during training + first paychecks...

Scheduling - AA has PBS scheduling system and UA still has traditional bidding for lines. Is one system easier to use compared to the other? Is UA planning on switching to PBS in TA2?

TA2 Negotiations - Can someone elaborate on the big-picture updates from the current UA contract to TA2? I haven't been able to find what the proposed new hourly rate increase would be or even a range. Main concerns are updates to hourly pay + reserve system restructuring?

TLDR - Tbh I had a great experience at both on my interview day. I'm set to start training in mid-March for UA and I know that TA2 is supposed(?) to be finalized by the end of March ... just wondering if I should hold out and bet on United coming out on top with the best pay and new contract or if I should pick AA based on their superior reserve structure and already good hourly pay? Training for AA would begin around mid-April/May-ish.

Maybe I have rose-colored glasses on for United and how they're getting fancy new planes and just the different polished vibe they set at their f2f ... I know United has a bigger global network but I've already traveled a lot in my life so access to more destinations isn't necessarily a priority for me.

I'm really open to hearing feedback from the real boots on the ground FAs at UA and AA. TIA
