There are infinite Events and finite Principles, or maybe one Principle, on which everything works, and I don't know why people want to live their intellectual life discussing the Events when they can go deeper and solve the Problem once and for all.

I think that the whole world focuses on Events. Every day, close to infinite Events are happening, and everyone has their opinions and debates on them for hours and hours, and people are investigating them, but no one is going deep enough to see across domains, how those infinite Leaves of Events are connected to the few Principles of Branches, and then how all those Branches are connected to the same one Trunk, which is all further connected to the Roots. Everyone wants to have their discussion on the Leaves level, but as soon as you try to take them to the Branches or Roots of the Problem to show them how that specific Event was just a permutation and combination and a specific case of the bigger Principles, people just disengage from the discussion. I don't know why they want to live their intellectual life on Leaves when they can go deeper and solve the Problem once and for all.
