Estradiol tablets?

I’m finally getting ready to order estriol cream for the first time from Telyrx. For dryness and urinary frequency./urgency. I noticed that they also have estradiol tablets available. I’m wondering if I should get them as well. I’m 52 thought I was done with periods then had one 2 months ago when I was at my 9 months with no period mark for the second time. I lost 53 lbs a couple of years ago (still overweight technically speaking) on a low carb diet and have stuck with that way of eating. It has helped with my brain fog and energy levels. I still have trouble with falling asleep and staying asleep. Magnesium has helped a little, melatonin doesn’t work for me. No hot flashes yet (fingers crossed) my skin is dry now when it used to be super oily, my roots is oily again like when I was a teenager but the rest of my hair dry. I have low libido. I’ve been taking 50mg DHEA for the last couple of years, stopped birth control almost 8 years ago., never tried HRT. Contemplating ordering the estradiol tablets as well as the vaginal estrogen. What do you guys think? Or just the vaginal estrogen?
