looking for both a chinese and japanese proxy

hi! i made a post here a bit ago but deleted it to update it since i cannot edit the title.

i am looking for proxies for both buying from japan and china.

i’d like to order some plushies from china on xianyu and i’d like to buy from a proxy as it won’t allow me to buy them off superbuy. i’d also like a proxy for japan which will buy off mercarijapan.

unless anyone has any alternatives. i will also need one that allows alteration of customs value. this is a non negotiable

i am only happy to use paypal goods and services. please comment if you have any help

thank you in advance
