6 weeks 2 days

A week ago I had my first transvaginal ultrasound and I found out through it that my baby is still 6 weeks and 2 days, still no embryo and heartbeat and only yolk sac and the other one.

This is my first pregnancy and Im overthinking if its normal. Please enlighten me. Thank you!
