Earplugs?

Do you use earplugs during sessions?

Been listening to the “up on foil” podcast and one of the recent sponsors is “surf ears”. So I was looking into the condition a bit.

I go out year round with either a hooded wetsuit or with a helmet with ear protectors. Water temps are basically always below 20degrees C (68F). Not really sure if it’s necessary but the condition sounds painful.
