Why do most UK survey apps fail to track properly on mobile?

I’ve been testing a few survey platforms recently and it’s honestly frustrating how many of them don’t track correctly on mobile. I kept getting disqualified or sessions not recording properly. Finally found one that seems to be tracking fine on both iPhone and Android. Took way longer than it should have to find one that actually works.
