Persistence CIN3

It’s been about 9 months of dealing with persistent CIN3 from HPV16. Since my abnormal pap last summer I’ve had 2 LEEPs and a recent biopsy that still shows high grade CIN3. So looks like another LEEP in my future. I’m frustrated and scared it’s higher up in my cervix than we know it is. I have an appointment next month with my doctor, but I think I’m ready to just get a hysterectomy. I’m in my 40s and not having anymore children. Anyone else do this or talk with their physician about the is option? Guess I’m just trying to know the good, bad, and ugly of this option.
