How to build a team

Step 1: Figure out your identity and sign players that fit your tactics (Signing a carry toplaner twice in a row despite focusing on bot/mid vast majority of games is not it)

Step 2: Establish an in-game captain (G2 has Caps, MKOI has Elyoya, KC has Yike - it's clear Razork nor Upset have the personality to do this - back in the day we had Yellowstar, xPeke + Soaz, Caps (lol))

Step 3: Draft team comps that not only work well but also work for your team (Rhilech playing whatever he wants because it works)

Step 4: Profit

It doesn't feel like this team was built with any clear goal, we have just put 5 guys together who FNC thought were good, but being good doesn't necessarily mean the team will work well together.
