Another tax question for clarity

I read a post about this that was made a few months ago, so I know the answer is out there more or less, but I'm a bit confused by my status and my W-2. I'm a permanent Colorado resident, but work with a district in Washington. However, I live in govt provided housing in Oregon. I assume I don't pay Washington taxes because boxes 15-20 are blank on my W-2 is this correct?
