Wegovy side effects

I have been on wegovy since the MJ price increases and in the last month and a bit I have suffered sulphur burps. I have been on 1.7mg for the past 3 months moving up to 2.4mg today.

I have tried the activated charcoal but that didn't seem to work. it's incredibly unpleasant as they come and go without warning.

any advice?
