Skilled worker dependent visa

Hi folks,

I need advice, please.

I am on skilled worker dependent visa, and my partner recently got ILR.

I have been here for 6 months and my visa is valid till august 2026, do i need to reapply and switch as dependent of ILR now, or apply when my visa ends.

Also can i still reapply as dependent of skilled worker visa when mine one expires.

What do i do to prevent clock from resetting, please.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
