Question about area

I have already posted and got a lot of hate for my natural remedies. Now that I have advice and I'm going to the store. What would I buy to get rid of a yeast infection? My yeast infection is in very bad shape and I don't want to do anymore to irritate it. I have been to the doctor already for it but it keeps coming back. I'm not the cleanest person considering I've bathed only with dawn dish soap. please give me suggestions and help.
