Delivery question

Had a RM driver put one of those sorry we missed you cards through my door just before 10pm Saturday night saying it was in blue bin. Opened my door just as he was putting the package in said bin. I received a text at 3pm saying that exact same package had been delivered to my safe place. When I retrieved the package it had clearly been opened then resealed. When I reported this today they said there was nothing they could do. Do I need to escalate this further or just move on?
