Reliability

Hii All. I am planning to get the first car for me and my wife. I am confused b/w A4, CLA/GLA/c class or bmw 3 series. These are kind of in my range. Although I am looking from 2023 onwards. There is a lot of noise regarding maintenance and reliability. I have always dreamed about owning a German automobile. Can the community please help in sharing some advice ? TIA :)
