Industry Professional EB1A: NOID on OC/MS and Critical Role

Hi all, I am an industry professional with over 12 years of experience. Received NOID from TSC recently. They accepted 3 criteria (judging, authorship, memberships), but rejected OC and Critical Role. And those were the strongest criteria for me, given my role and past experience.

Essentially, recieved NOID on Final Merits. The officer completely missed all the significant media around my project, discounted the employer, client, and indepedent letters - claiming that they can't be the cornerstone to prove this criteria, and asked for more evidence.

1. Now, I am clueless on how to prove original contributions. The issue is that I can't share any internal documents from my current company due to confidentiality reasons. So, any architecture diagrams, etc. cannot be shared. What other evidence or ways to prove this? I've already provided adoption metrics (also published in media) and letters attesting it.

2. For critical role, officer questioned that the role is not critical and seems project driven. The high profile projects (confirmed by significant media) and the impact doesn't seem to work. I plan to add more org charts and maybe details on why my role is critical, but beyond this, anything else you'd recommend.
