UK Fully Remote Jobs (Northern Ireland) ,Recruiters Not Putting Application Forward?
I have worked fully remotely for English jobs for the last two years. However, lately, even though I am from Northern Ireland, which is still part of the UK, I feel that recruiters are more nervous about putting people forward for fully remote roles.
I don’t understand it personally. Even if something were to happen politically, Northern Ireland isn’t going to be separated from the UK anytime soon. So why are recruiters nervous about putting us forward? Some of the best software developers are from Belfast.
We have full uk employment rights and British passports holders So recruiters tell me your fears
