I need advice

I’m 19 and my boyfriend is 18 we both still live with our parents and he’s still in high school. He has bedbugs bad like really bad has had them for years and are constantly trying get rid of them. So in compromise we hang out in car or go to high house and I change in our garage and immediately dry what I’m wearing to prevent them from getting in my house. We have bee together 3 months and my parents are offering to help my boyfriend’s family get rid of them. I’m nervous on what to do if his parents refuse. His family is lower of the lowest class, I don’t want to get into it but it’s sad. Im worried if my boy fieneds family refuses our help I’m going to have to break up with my boyfriend and I don’t want to do that. I have kept the bedbug issues under control for the last two months and we haven’t had an issue.

I just don’t know what to do from here.
