Late period concerns

Hi everyone, I am 4 days into my missed period and am a little concerned. My periods have been super regular since August (when I got my copper IUD), but last week I had random cramps between Tuesday and Thursday with bloating and my boobs were extremely sensitive. I took a pregnant test yesterday and it was negative, which is good. Should I take more tests while I wait for my period to hopefully show up? The string feels like it’s in the right place still. I’m just stressing cause I cannot have a child right now…
