Crush and her memories in arc ten [spoiler discussion]

I have been reading summaries of arc ten chappters and it seems to me that Crush has Regained her memories since she remembers Fourier Lugunica. How and when did she regain her memories. I have read arc 9 and know that the glutonies can spit out memories but it has not been stated that Roy has spat out hers yet has it. When I asked google it said it was because Roy was killed, but that now raises a new question. Why didn't Rem regain her memories when Lye was killed then. Can someone tell me if I am missing something or please explain it to me. Thanks so much
