Need help with gpu usage

I just got back into peak and when I’m playing I’m noticing i get less frames then i used to i averaged 130 fps back when i use to play but now im only averaging 60 fps my settings are low and medium render scale and i notice my gpu and cpu usage is only about 40 - 50 percent. Pls help idk why my usage is low

Gpu is GTX 1650

Cpu is i3 12100f
