What did you guys think after your first outside of school hangout with your gf/bf?

Last night I went to my girlfriend's house and it was really fun but now that I think about it we should've waited until like Summer because now I want to hang out with her all the time. I told her too and she said she thought it was just her. Is this normal?

Also my last relationship lasted 2 years and I never felt like this.
