best translator app?

i mostly use translators for single words or to double check my sentences. i’ve been using papago since i started learning korean off/on a few years ago, but i’ve noticed a big decline in quality. are there any other decent translator apps out there? i hesitate to use chatgpt because of the environmental effects and its habit of straight up lying lol, but i’ve only ever seen it use within the context of like a college class and being told not to use it to write homework. i have no experience with it as a translator.
