Nassau county CCW timeline plus 1 question.

Hello everybody,

Please read to the end, I have 1 question I'd like some assistance with.

Ive seen people post their timelines for their CCW process, so here's mine.

I submitted my application and paid my 200 dollars on November 20th. I had my fingerprinting on January 27th and today I got my email approval and im going tomorrow to pick up my pistol license. So it was VERY fast, but admittedly, I have an extremely clean record, so maybe that helped expedite it?

As for my question, I've been hearing a lot of people say that when I pick up my license, I can make an amendment on the spot and add the semi automatic rifle, is this true? Is it really that easy?
