I wonder how to get my hands on limiteds...

I took a loong break from jailbreak and came back around 2 months ago now, and everyone has these cool looking FAST cars, and here I am just stuck with the available ones like roadster, eclaire, successor, etc. I wish I knew how to get limiteds. I'm scared i'm gonna get scammed though. I have every item that's available in the game right now.
