Gym/Class accessibility

I see that you guys are going under construction and that there’s no union or anywhere to study basically, but is this affecting the way you learning your classes like not getting there on time or being affected in different ways, also do you guys have a gym like actual gym to train and lift weights that’s accessible to the whole school or is it located in a different area or how does it work?
