Looking for suggestions for teen!

I’m looking for an LGBTQIA friendly therapist for a teen! It would be awesome if they accept Blue Cross Complete.

I’m also looking for volunteer opportunities for a 13 year old and possibly an 8 year old, but more so the teen in Grand Rapids. Any ideas (with experience is especially helpful) are appreciated!
