54M — Still Employed, Still Growing, Still Learning

I’m 54 and currently employed full-time. I’ve built a solid career over the years and am grateful for the experience and perspective that come with age.

At this stage, I’m focused on staying relevant, continuing to grow, and connecting with others navigating their careers after 50.

I’d love to hear how others are approaching career development, job stability, or even new opportunities at this point in life.
