Masterbuilt App won't find WiFi

I'm at a complete loss here, maybe someone has seen this before and knows a fix for it. So I've had my Gravity 1150 for around 9 months now. Right in the middle of a cook, it lost WiFi, and I could never get it to reconnect. I've tried everything from getting the control panel replaced, to uninstalling/reinstalling/clearing the app data/cache. My phone connects to my wifi without issue. And I can connect to the unit via Bluetooth no problem but then it starts to look for the Wifi and.....just nothing. Switched wifi routers. Nothing. Has anyone seen this before? It's about to drive me insane.
