[M4F] I, Doll: Forbidden Sexbot Romance

NSFW

By 2050, if you aren't using a sexbot, you know someone who is. They are a part of life now, like dildos and vibrators were in years past. Of course, the old toys are still around; they just exist side-by-side with the fleshy, warm-blooded androids people use as combination housekeeper-fuckpets.

The mainstreaming of the sexbots didn't come overnight, though. At first, it was lonely weirdos with too much money and not enough social skills. Then there were the exposés and the documentaries, then books and films. More people knew about them. Sales went up, more money got fed to research and development, then marketing. Corporations sprung up, got conglomerated, got bailed out, rebranded, splintered. Nobody talks about the lawsuits and payouts that got swept under the rug in the turbulent first few years of mass adoption.

Once enough people got on board, the bots became part of normal, everyday sex lives. Men and women, single and in relationships, bought them as readily as they bought new phones or cars. Now, people talk about their bots to their friends. Ever since that one marketing campaign that put the phrase "What happens at your pal's house, stays there" in everyone's mind, there's even been a trend of sharing bots.

The current generation of is dominated by a handful companies fighting to put the latest innovations in their androids. New customizations and nuances get rolled out as fast they can. New kinks, new preloaded personalities, new celebrity likenesses, more lifelike skin and hair, better movement, better voices. Everyone can craft their perfect sexual partner, if they are willing to pay for it.

The appearance of the sexbots has become so lifelike and the sex so authentic that bot-brothels have become the norm. It's becoming more and more common that the houses of ill-repute don't even state whether there are real humans or not. It's just assumed the workers are robots and people turn a blind eye to the real women wearing sexbot branding that turn up sometimes.

The one taboo that remains is actual romance with a bot. Courtship and tenderness remains reserved for humanity, and anyone who would take their robotic companion to dinner faces the mocking, the ridicule, and sometimes the violence of the early days of the sexbot trend. The sexbots aren't people, not matter how much their electric minds believe they are, no matter how much they desperately want to be. Are they sentient? Sure, that's what the technology allows for now. Are they deserving of love, a real love beyond their carnal imperative? Society answers: No.

When I started the ordering process of my sexbot, I was just doing what any single guy my age was doing. I had been working overtime lately and it was time I spent some of that money on something nice for myself. I had settled on a latest gen model, an iDoll Contessa III with maximum customization, all the bells and whistles.

But as I started filling out the preferences section, I ran into some problems. I didn't have strong feelings for the her appearance. The more thought I gave it, the more I realized I'd take any skin color, hair color, eye color, shape, size. I didn't like any one more than the others. I left that section blank, just taking whatever the manufacturer deemed fit for me.

Personality. I immediately set the values for companionship, niceness, and submissiveness high and values for aggression, malice, and dominance low. I know what I like in the bedroom and the goal here is to make a perfect sexual partner, right?

Miscellaneous. Strange options here that didn't belong anywhere else. General IQ. Extra Languages. Fashion sense. More things I didn't care to dictate until I came across 'touch sensitivity- how reactive do you want you Contessa to be towards physical stimuli?'. I considered it a moment before setting the value to max. Just to see what happens.

I signed the terms of service, paid over the website and waited the five business days for the large package to arrive...
