San Antonio, TX. Brought a home with cash for 430K in mid December. County Appraisal is at 480K.

My previous owners lived in this home for 10 years and he was a disable veteran and paid 0% property taxes so he didn't care to contest the county appraisal. Since I brought the home in cash, I didn't do an hire anybody for appraisal during purchase. can I show the county the price to lower county appraisal?
