Hilton Aspire approval → how fast does Diamond status show up? And temp card question

Hey all, quick Aspire questions for anyone who’s gone through this recently.

If you’re approved for the Hilton Aspire, how quickly does Hilton Diamond status actually show up on your Hilton account? Is it instant / same day, or does it take a few days to sync?

Also — do you get a temporary card number right away that you can use for an upcoming Hilton stay, or do you have to wait for the physical card to arrive to charge the room?

Trying to figure out timing for a stay coming up soon and whether it’s worth applying now vs waiting.

Appreciate any recent data points 🙏
