What brand/kind of brake pads should I buy for my camry toyota 2005?

Hi all! Replacing my brake pads for the first time ever. Called the garage and supposedly the reason the repair would cost so much is they’d use advics/oem quality pads. I’m doing it myself, so I’m wondering, is there an actual quality difference? Any suggestion on where and what to buy? I’d prefer affordable and longlasting. Thanks!
