What's the best moisturizer for dry skin to combat dehydration and provide lasting hydration

I’ve got really dry, dehydrated skin, and with winter here, I feel like my moisturizers aren’t cutting it anymore. I’ve tried a bunch of different products, but everything either feels too light or doesn’t last long enough to make a real difference. My skin gets that tight, uncomfortable feeling, especially around my forehead and cheeks.

I’m looking for something that deeply hydrates and absorbs well. It’s honestly been such a struggle finding something that gives me that long-lasting moisture without leaving a greasy residue.
