Noob needing CC point traveller pro help

I'm a 19yo finance college student trying to maximize my Chase points for flights, but I'm struggling to find good redemptions with partners. I know transferring usually gives better cents-per-point than the portal , but locating high-value flights feels impossible—like walking into a math test without studying the material. I really do need guidance on the right tools, strategies, and resources to learn effectively.

Main questions:

  1. How to find good deals with Chase partners? What are the best tools to use to help filter out the plane tickets to find the best deals for them with miles.
  2. Domestic from small airports like XNA (Arkansas)? Is it possible to get solid CPP on XNA (Arkansas) to ONT (California) using partners? I was concerned because XNA is a small airport its not international or anything, so I was wondering if I was supposed to look for AA tickets and then call like BA and tell them can we book this route and also wanted to make sure if this is even worth.
  3. Best learning resources? Is there any YouTube channels, guides, or step-by-step methods helped you master Chase partner searches.

My company accumulates a lotttt of points monthly and I really genuinely need your help on what to do. I do want to take my parents to Europe, Japan, domestically a lot, with my points while getting the tickets for a really good deal.
