Is it possible to be untradelock?

So basically my brother used a hack on several accounts (including mine, because I forgot to remove my account from my mom's phone, which I used when I was a kid). He got an IP ban, and I got an perm tradelock ban, and he pretended to be me on Discord to make appeals, but before he got the IP ban, I was banned for a year because I forgot to pay for Roblox premium before he get banned. I know I'm responsible for my account, but I did everything I could to prevent him from accessing my account, and I wanted to try to see if it's possible to make an appeal.
